You will be responsible to lead customer projects from initiation to a successful Go-live.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting Prospecting and Sales

Assist in creating compelling contracts and sales proposals tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.

Assist in sales initiatives to secure new business opportunities.

Customer Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Project Management

Lead the implementation project from initiation to closure.

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Coordinate with internal project support staff and customer teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Define customer processes, create documentation, and validate them with internal teams and clients.

Set up test environments, import data, and validate configurations with clients.

Configure work process flows in Odoo to optimize client operations.

User Acceptance Testing and Training

Develop user acceptance test cases and oversee testing activities.

Provide comprehensive training to clients on new workflows and processes in Odoo.

Create knowledge base articles and resources to support client learning and adoption.
