That's why we make it a point to visit customers together and have a co-working day every two weeks. This balanced approach allows us to enjoy the flexibility of remote work while maintaining strong personal connections within our
team and with our clients.
To ensure seamless communication and coordination, we've implemented a structure of regular team meetings. Every afternoon, we hold short daily meetings where team members inform each other about their current projects and areas where they might
need assistance. This practice keeps everyone aligned and promotes a supportive work environment.
Additionally, every Friday morning, we conduct a weekly planning meeting.
During this session, we review the tasks we've worked on throughout the week and plan for the upcoming week. This helps us stay organized, track our progress, and set clear goals for the future.
